The ink is dry on the coalition agreement. And also, PM Harper is seriously considering proroguing (ie suspending) Parliament until January to avoid the vote of non-confidence, because he thinks if the government is toppled a month or so later, he will have more chance of convincing the G-G to call an election instead of permitting the coalition ( Read more... )
